Payment Terms

All payments for newsroomixo.info services, including Course Newsroom infrastructure, digital workflows, camera networks, automated production tools, and collaborative editing platforms, must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via approved methods such as bank transfer or credit card.

Invoices are issued upon project commencement or subscription activation and are due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If a service does not meet the agreed specifications due to our error, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, subject to review.

No refunds will be issued for completed work, custom developments, or cancellations after project milestones have been approved.

Subscription Services

For ongoing subscriptions, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for unused portions will be prorated and processed within 30 days, minus any applicable fees.
